Legal Pages
I respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect visitors, contributors, and third-party services associated with this website to do the same. If you believe that copyrighted material belonging to you has been used on this website without proper authorization, you can contact me so I can review the matter.
This DMCA page explains how to submit a copyright complaint, what information should be included in a notice, and how I handle legitimate copyright concerns.
Copyright Policy
I do not intend to publish or distribute copyrighted material belonging to another person or organization without appropriate authorization. The content published here is primarily intended to provide informational material about Jenny Mod, Minecraft modifications, installation methods, compatibility, gameplay, and related topics.
Some pages may refer to third-party names, products, applications, game content, trademarks, screenshots, or other materials for identification, commentary, education, or informational purposes. Ownership of third-party copyrighted material remains with the respective copyright owner.
If you believe that a specific piece of content infringes your copyright, I encourage you to contact me directly rather than assuming that the material will remain available after a legitimate complaint has been received.
Submit a DMCA Notice
If you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner, you may submit a written copyright infringement notice.
For a notice to be properly reviewed, please provide enough information for me to identify both the copyrighted work and the material you believe is infringing. Under the DMCA, an effective notice generally includes identification of the copyrighted work, identification and location of the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, required good-faith and accuracy statements, and a physical or electronic signature.
Please include the following information in your notice:
Providing complete information helps me review the complaint without unnecessary delays.

What Happens After a Complaint
When I receive a copyright complaint, I will review the information provided and determine whether the complaint identifies the relevant copyrighted work and allegedly infringing material with sufficient clarity. If the complaint appears to be valid and the material falls within the scope of the request, I may remove the material, restrict access to it, request additional information, or take another appropriate action.
A DMCA notice does not automatically mean that every disputed item will be removed immediately. I may need to verify the complaint, determine whether the material is actually located on the website, and consider whether an exception, authorization, license, fair use, or another legal basis may apply. For qualifying service providers, the DMCA notice-and-takedown framework generally calls for expeditious action after receipt of a compliant notification.
Incomplete or Invalid Notices
A copyright complaint that does not contain enough information to identify the copyrighted work or the allegedly infringing material may not be sufficient for me to take action. If important information is missing, I may contact the person submitting the complaint and request clarification or additional information. I also reserve the right to disregard complaints that are clearly fraudulent, abusive, unrelated to copyright, or submitted by someone who does not appear to have authority to act for the copyright owner.
Counter-Notification
If material has been removed or access has been restricted because of a copyright complaint and you believe that the removal occurred because of a mistake or misidentification, you may be able to submit a DMCA counter-notification.
A valid counter-notification generally needs to identify the removed material and its previous location, include the required signature and contact information, contain a statement made under penalty of perjury that the material was removed because of mistake or misidentification, and include the required consent to applicable court jurisdiction and service of process.
A counter-notification should only be submitted when you genuinely believe that the removal was incorrect or unauthorized. False or misleading statements may have legal consequences.
Repeat Infringement
I respect the rights of copyright owners and may take appropriate action against repeated or deliberate copyright infringement where applicable. Depending on the circumstances, repeated violations may result in content restrictions, removal of material, or restriction of access to relevant services or areas of the website.
Third-Party Content
Some content discussed on this website may involve third-party software, modifications, games, trademarks, images, names, or other intellectual property. The appearance of a third-party name or intellectual property on this website does not mean that I claim ownership of it. Minecraft, Mojang, Microsoft, and other third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. This website is independently operated and is not officially affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Mojang Studios or Microsoft unless expressly stated otherwise.
Copyright Ownership
Unless otherwise stated, original articles, written explanations, page content, and other original materials created for this website belong to the website operator or the applicable rights holder. Unauthorized copying, substantial reproduction, republishing, or redistribution of original content may violate applicable copyright laws. If you would like permission to reproduce a substantial portion of original content, please contact me before using it.
False Copyright Claims
I take legitimate copyright complaints seriously, but copyright notices should only be submitted by the copyright owner or an authorized representative. Submitting a knowingly false or materially misleading infringement claim can create legal consequences. The U.S. Copyright Office notes that a person who knowingly makes a material misrepresentation in a takedown notice may be liable for resulting damages, costs, and attorneys’ fees. For this reason, please review the relevant material carefully before submitting a complaint and make sure you have the necessary authority to act.
Privacy and Copyright Complaints
When you submit a copyright complaint, you should understand that some information contained in the complaint may need to be used to evaluate the claim or communicate with the relevant parties. I will handle submitted information according to applicable law and the practices described in the Privacy Policy. Please avoid including unnecessary sensitive personal information in a copyright complaint.
Changes to This DMCA Policy
I may update this DMCA page when my copyright procedures, website structure, applicable legal requirements, or contact information changes. If I make a significant change, I will update the Last Updated date shown at the top of this page. I recommend checking this page again before submitting a new copyright complaint to make sure you are using the current contact information and procedure.
